How to make a Pizza?

You know that most of people like pizza because of its incredible taste and appearance. So, if you want to make a homemade pizza I will discuss to you the procedures. First step, preheat oven and a baking sheet to 220C/fan 200C. Second, Mix strong bread flour, salt and fast-action yeast together in a large bowl. Quickly stir in lukewarm water and olive oil and bring together to rough dough. Third step, tip out the mixture onto a lightly floured work surface and knead for 5 minutes until you have smooth, springy dough. Fourth step, roll out into a thin round (you may have to stretch it with your hands a little) and place on a floured baking sheet. And the last step, add your favourite toppings (such as tomato passata, mozzarella, vegetables or cured meats), place the floured sheet on top of the preheated sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, until the pizza is golden and crispy.

The Golden Boy

As a basketball fan, I idolize Terrence Romeo. He is a Filipino professional basketball player for the GlobalPort Batang Pier in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). He plays both the point guard and shooting guard positions. His self-confessed moniker is The Golden Boy. He has a  great performance in the court. That’s why he has a special awards such as PBA most improved player (2015), 2x PBA all-star, PBA All-star game MVP (2015) and many more. The 6’0 Romeo was listed as among the season’s top point procedures going back to the qualifying legs of the 2014 FIBA 3x3 world tour. He is ranked number one in the Philippines when it comes in 3x7 FIBA World Tour. Romeo was named to the Gilas Pilipinas 3.0 pool 2015. Because of his legacy in basketball. He became popular and legend in Philippine Basketball league.  

Iron Lady

       

  I choose Miriam Defensor Santiago because i think she is the one of an outstanding person in politics who is a globally famous personality because of her legal brilliance and courageous example in fighting graft and corruption. She was a politician and judge who served in all three branches of the Philippine government- judicial, executive, and legislative.  Her honesty shines like a light in the darkness.  A woman with a good intension to our country and willing to serve people wholeheartedly that serves an inspiration for everyone. A woman like her is a great definition of a true leader. As a student we can be her by simply helping other people in our own little ways and do things with honesty.

Joan was bitten by a Dog

              

 We were in our grade school then when this accident happened. It was after our class when me and my two classmates Joan and Elaine agreed to go to Elaine's house to do our school project. After finishing our project early, we  decided to play  hide and seek.  But maybe because of our excitement and being playful that time, we forgot that they have dogs in their house. And these dogs might harm or bite us since we were new and unfamiliar to them. My classmate Joan accidentally hide to the place where  one of the dogs stays that time. I saw it when she was fiercely bitten in the back of her thigh! I shouted in fear and my classmate Elaine and her mom immediately came to us and helped Joan and gave her first aid and medication. It's just good to know that their dogs were completely vaccinated with anti rabies and really well taken cared of  so Joan need not to worry. Elaine's mom happened to be a doctor too. And she took care of Joan's wound until it was completely healed.

The Philippines is one of the most beautiful places you will ever go. Philippines was tagged by the Spanish Jesuit Missionary Padre Juan J. Delgado as the Pearl of the Orient Seas. It was also used and popularized by the national hero Jose Rizal in his Mi último Adiós. Pearl of the Orient Seas mainly because the Philippines is known to be among the producer of pearls, not just pearls but the rarest and most exquisite of all pearls! Tourists are attracted to its beautiful islands, places, foods, etc. Philippines are blessed with some beautiful beaches, and tourist spots/attractions. That's why the Philippines are beautiful.

The Philippine archipelago has three main geographical divisions which are Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao and was known to have 7,107 islands. Philippines have different attractions that people love like the islands, mountains, and beaches. There are lots of islands and mountains where you can climb up and have a perfect view. Beaches with white sands are also the best attraction here in the Philippines. Boracay and Puerto Galera are one of them, each of them also has caves where you can go inside and sea the beauty of it. These attractions can be called as the own beauty of our country, beautiful and fine. The Philippines' rainforests and its extensive coastlines make it home to a diverse range of birds, plants, animals, and sea creatures. The examples of these species are such as national bird that was known as Philippine eagle, Tarsier, crocodile etc.

Filipino people are basically from Malay race with a touch of Chinese, American, Spanish, and Arab blood. Filipinos are also beautiful when it comes to appearance and personalities which symbolizes as Filipino Spirit. Filipino’s skins are attracted to everyone that called “Kayumangging Kaligatan”. Kayumangging Kaligatan is being or having not too white and not too dark skin. Filipinos are known for their 'filipino smile' because it is so natural. The reason for that might be because Filipinos are very friendly and are very welcoming to others. Even when there’s a tragedy happened like earthquakes, super typhoon (Yolanda, Ondoy etc.) they are positive in life and keep on smiling.

Filipino has different type of culture that was unique and impressive to other country. Philippine customs and traditions were influenced by most of the people we interacted with and those who colonized us. Filipino are respectful they doing ‘Mano po’ when children or young people greet or say goodbye to their elders they typically do so by taking the right hand of the elder with their right hand and touch the back the elder's hand lightly on their forehead. It is a way of giving respect to the elders and I believe that is also a way of receiving blessing to the elders. They are also religious, always give their presence and have fear to God. Filipinos are one of the most hospitable people; this trait is usually seen during fiestas and holidays where many Filipinos are giving their best to entertain their visitors well.

Aside from the well-known Puerto Galera, Boracay, Palau and Palawan beaches, there are more virgin and pristine islands and beaches that the Philippines have to offer!                                         Indeed, the Philippines is a country of natural beauty.  From awesome scenic places to explore, colorful customs and traditions, delicious food and delicacies, to beautiful people to admire, Philippines is one of the best tourist destination in the world! And for that, I can say with pride that I am proud to be a Filipino.

Nirvana

Hey guys! I just want to share my encounter on how I learn the word "Nirvana". First of all, the word Nirvana literally means a place or state of rest, harmony, or pleasure. I know that this word is a popular rock band on 1990s. But there is a time that we tackled about nirvana in school. I'm a little bit confused, because I know this is just a popular back then. To out my confusion, I researched about some nirvana's meaning, also what my teacher says about nirvana. I found out that the term "nirvana" is most commonly associated with Buddhism, and represents its ultimate state of soteriological (salvation from a savior) release and liberation from rebirths. From now on, I've learn a new word coming from what we tackled in school!

            Hi! I just want you to know that Jaden Smith is one of my idol. I'm impress at him, it is because I like the way he compose a song and how he sing it. I also like his fashion of his outfits, fashion in his career, and in his movies. I love the composition of his body, and his dreadlocks hair.
